Denis Glennon

After completing his "basic training" in packaged goods, Denis set out on a career path to fulfill his desire to develop the kind of work that can make a significant and even dramatic difference in a client's business.

The first of such assignments was for Federal Express at Ally & Gargano, setting the benchmark for exceptional advertising effectiveness.

With this standard in mind, Denis moved on to Euro RSCG MVBMS Partners where he was a Partner and Managing Director. During his tenure there, Denis held senior management responsibility on accounts representing more than half of the agency's $1.2 billion in billings including the largest account in the EuroRSCG network, MCI Worldcom, as well as JP Morgan Chase, NASDAQ, Oppenheimer Funds, Subway Restaurants, Dish Network, Schering Plough, Select Comfort, Hallmark, Amgen, Glaxo Smith Kline.

Some notable accomplishments during that period include:

  • Accelerating the shift in category leadership from AT&T to MCI based on the introduction of the first branded and most successful calling plan in the category, Friends & Family
  • Introduction of the first price competitive collect calling service, 1-800-COLLECT
  • Introduction of the 10-10 dial around long distance segment
  • Expansion of the Subway brand to a leadership position in the quick serve category based on the highly impactful Jared Fogel campaign
  • National introduction of Hallmark Flowers
  • Formation of the agency's Latino advertising unit

From here, Denis went on to serve as President of EuroRSCG Tatham Partners before founding Go with Joe O'Neill.
